On February 12, 2015 APCRG has organized panel session in Tbilisi studio and has joined  Adam Smith Conference in Moscow via skyp connection live channel. In Tbilisi studio were invited following guests: David Kiladze (General Director of the distribution company GPC JSC), George Antadze (General Director of  Georgian Manufacturing company GMP ), Zaza Chapichadze (Senior Expert from Pharmaceuticals Registration Division,  MoHLSA of Georgia), Grigori Pirtskalaishvili (Expert from  Pharmaceutical Industry). Moderator of session was Irakli Margvelashvili  (Executive Director, APCRG). Session was  organized by APCRG following the request received form Adam Smith Institute representatives who has expressed Adam Smith Conference high interest to the pharmaceutical market and pharmaceutical industry development in Georgia. In New York City , USA, on November 3-5 th, took place  IFPMA Assembly. There were presented more then 200 participants from national pharmaceutical Associations and international pharmaceutical companies from all over the world. There were representatives UN and other relevant IGOs, Governments, NGOs, Foundations, Patient Organizations and Disease Research Organizations, etc..
APCRG were presented by Executive Director Mr.Irakli Margvelashvili.

During the   1^st – 8^th November, 2014 period   group of young people  voluntarily carried out a research in partnership with Association of Pharmaceutical Companies Representatives in Georgia (APCRG). The research included using the provided questionnaire in order to acquire information about the main influences on the buyers’ choice of medicine purchased in Tbilisi pharmacies.  There were interviewed   528 persons, who  purchased medicines  in Tbilisi pharmacies.  The main part of   interviewed persons  (58%) has answered , that purchase was made following doctors advise,  on the second place (18% of answers) was  the advice given by pharmacist within pharmacy visit time, 16% of buyers made a choice following friends advise and 8% bought medicines under influence of advertisement

San Diego State  University - SDSU (USA) has founded  branch in Georgia, SDSU-Georgia. Project is supported by Millenium Challange Corporation. SDSU -Georgia has established local partnership  with Georgian Technical University , Ilia State University and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University

APCRG Executive Director  I.Margvelashvili was invited in SDSU-Georgia Advisory Board. The first meeting of Advisory Board  took place in the Hotel Radisson Blue Iveria,  welcome speech was  made by USA Ambassador in Georgia Mr.R.Norland

APCRG Executive Director I.Margvelashvili have participated in 6th International Pharmaceutical Competitiveness Conference, held in Yerevan, Armenia, at September 26-27th. Coference was organized by Medicine Producers and  Importers Union of Armenia (MPI Union Armenia http://www.pharmunion.am/). I.Margvelashvili was iinvited by MPI Union as a speaker.
